MEET THE TEAM
Julie (Founder)
In the early 2000's, Julie, rescued several horses who were either deaf, blind, deaf-blind or unwanted. She never expected her herd to expand from 'several' rescues to become 'many-more-than-several' rescues! Over the past few years, Julie & her volunteers realised the sanctuary could not survive without additional income. Julie was already working 3 jobs to keep the sanctuary going, & in fear of closing down, applied to become a registered charity - Cecil's Horse Sanctuary born June '16
